Our Founders
Ketaki Kadekar
A self professed lifelong learner, Ketaki sees learning as a path towards elevation of self, business and community at large. She is an accredited practitioner of Insights and Brain based coaching, with Fortune 500 companies as her customers. Over the past 18 years, she has focused on progressive interventions for companies, partnering with them in their business and leadership development programs.
This experience shaped her collaborative style of working that she brings to her client relationships. The Learning community trusts Ketaki’s business acumen and partnership recommendations as she puts her customer’s interests first without compromising on her ethos.
She led high performing teams at Insights and upGrad, not only building these businesses grounds up, but also scaling them as profitable enterprises.
Along with Moy, Ketaki has won 2 Brandon Hall awards. With “The Leadership Projects”, Ketaki envisions a corporate landscape where Leaders have curated and contextualized content empowering them to be the best versions for their teams and stakeholders.
Moytreyee Konwar
A passionate learning advocate, Moy visualizes effective learning at the intersection of Organizational will, Product fitment, and Employee understanding. She is a design and content development certified professional, master facilitator for multitudes of corporate interventions. With 25 years of core industry experrience, Moy has been the driving force at Cognizant and upGrad, partnering with customers, both internal and external, to implement solutions that deliver value -driven RoI . She is innovative in her product advocacy while focusing on the key developmental needs of her clients.
Moy has the unique distinction of working across Technology, Insurance, Healthcare, ConsumerTech, Retail, Talent Development, Ed Tech among other industries. She is a sought after adviser to leaders, having worked in global projects across North America/APAC creating business impact. Her team trusts her knowledge and market understanding, amplifying her skill sets in the overall learning ecosystem.
She is a 13 time Brandon Hall Award winner, (2 of which were in partnership with Ketaki) and envisions “The Leadership Project” as an empowering catalyst for Leaders to have a heightened understanding of their strengths, their development needs in a safe, encouraging environment.
